Recently, a 6-lane Checkweigher delivered by our company has been successfully installed and commissioned at the customer’s factory and is now officially in production. The equipment currently operates stably in conjunction with the customer’s existing multi-column packaging system, used for online weight detection and automatic rejection of small-sized packaged products.
During the on-site commissioning phase, the engineering team systematically calibrated the overall conveyor speed, weighing accuracy, and rejection response time. After continuous operation testing, the 6-line Checkweigher demonstrated excellent dynamic stability, with consistent weighing data across all channels and precise rejection actions, effectively ensuring the weight qualification rate of each packaged product.
The delivered 6-column checkweigher adopts a multi-channel synchronous weighing structure, capable of processing 6 independent product flows simultaneously, significantly improving overall detection efficiency. Equipped with highly sensitive weighing sensors and a high-speed data processing system, the equipment maintains stable detection accuracy even at high speeds, meeting the customer’s dual requirements of high throughput and high consistency.
The customer primarily uses it for weight detection of packaged products. The system can automatically distinguish between qualified and out-of-tolerance products and achieve online sorting through a lifting rejection device, improving the automation level of the production line.
Customer feedback indicates that the six-column checkweigher operates stably, features an intuitive user interface, and facilitates easy specification switching, effectively reducing product rework rates while improving overall production line efficiency.
