The Honey Stick/Tube Pack Checkweigher is a high-speed online weight detection device specifically designed for high-viscosity fluids such as honey, syrup, jam, and functional liquids in tube packaging. Typically installed at the rear of the packaging machine, this device performs 100% dynamic weighing of each honey stick to ensure that the net content of each tube meets regulatory requirements.
Due to the high viscosity, stringy nature, and tendency to leave residue in honey products, the Stick Packs Checkweigher is designed with food-grade stainless steel, an anti-stick conveyor structure, and high-precision weighing sensors, maintaining stable detection accuracy even under high-speed operation.
This device supports simultaneous checkweighing of single or multiple rows (2–12 lines optional) and can seamlessly integrate with vertical tube packaging machines and filling/sealing systems. It is widely used in disposable honey packaging lines for food, health products, and hotels/restaurants.
