Product Overview
Automatic weigh labeler is a machine that combines the functions of a check weigher and a labeling machine into a single, automated unit.Automatic Dynamic Online Combo Weight Check with Labeling Machine for Box Carton can improve efficiency and accuracy in production lines.
1.Products are placed on the infeed conveyor belt.
2.The conveyor belt moves the products into the weigh zone.
3.A load cell weighs each product as it passes through the weigh zone.
4.The weight data is sent to a controller.
5.The controller compares the weight of each product to a predetermined target weight.
6.If the weight of a product is within the acceptable range, a label is applied to the product.
7.If the weight of a product is outside of the acceptable range, the product may be rejected from the line or diverted to a separate lane for further inspection.
8.The labeled products are then discharged from the machine.
