■ Main Features
1. Loading and Arrangement: The loader delivers capsules to the inlet, where a vibrating plate arranges the chaotic capsules into a single, orderly row and feeds them one by one onto the inspection track.
2. Dynamic Weighing: Capsules pass over a high-precision load cell on a high-speed conveyor belt. The sensor instantly captures the capsule’s weight signal.
3. Signal Processing: The weight signal is transmitted to the core processing unit, which compares the real-time weight with the preset upper and lower acceptable weight limits.
4. Judgment and Sorting:
Acceptable Capsules: Capsules within the acceptable weight range continue along the track and proceed to the next process.
Defective Capsules: Capsules that exceed the acceptable weight (overweight) or underweight are recorded by the system. 5. Automatic rejection: When unqualified products move to the rejection device, the processing unit will issue instructions to accurately reject them into the waste box.

1.Before packaged, the machines will be tested strictly to guarantee the stability and high accuracy.
2.After tested, the machines will be wrapped with plastic sheet and carefully packed in wooden cases.
Packing Detail:
1.Each Machine with plastic film package first, then placed in a wooden case, wooden case with a foam filling.
2.We loaded the truck with heavy trucks for loading the cargo to the harbor terminal.At the dock we pack the goods in containers and ship them abroad.
