The SG-ZAB Rotary Checkweigher is a high-precision dual-stage weighing solution specifically designed for bottled products requiring 100% net weight verification. The system integrates two independent checkweighers into a synchronized weighing process. The first Checkweigher measures the empty bottle tare weight, while the second measures the gross weight after filling. By automatically subtracting the tare weight from the gross weight, the system accurately calculates the actual product net weight and rejects underweight or overweight containers in real time.
This intelligent weighing method effectively eliminates weight deviations caused by inconsistent bottle weights, making it ideal for industries where filling accuracy and regulatory compliance are critical.
