The Pipeline Metal Detector is specifically designed for the in-line inspection of fluids, viscous slurries, and semi-liquid materials, making it ideal for continuous pipeline production processes. Materials flow through the detection pipe under pressure, allowing for the real-time detection of metal contaminants—such as ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel. Equipped with a pneumatic three-way diverter valve, the system automatically and precisely rejects any product containing metal foreign objects.
In-line Pipe Metal Detector is widely used for sauces, minced meat, dairy products, beverages, chocolate paste, seasonings, and paste-like foods, as well as in the personal care and pharmaceutical slurry industries. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, the unit complies with food GMP and sanitary cleaning standards.
