Heavy Weight Conveyor Checkweigher is an industrial in-motion weighing system designed for accurately checking the weight of heavy products, large cartons, bags, boxes, containers and other bulky items during production and packaging.
The system continuously weighs each product while it moves across the conveyor, compares the measured weight with preset upper and lower limits, and automatically identifies and rejects underweight or overweight products. Its heavy-duty conveyor structure and high-capacity weighing system make it suitable for demanding production environments where conventional small-product checkweighers may not be appropriate.
The Heavy Duty Checkweigher can be configured with different conveyor lengths, weighing capacities, belt widths and automatic reject mechanisms according to product dimensions and production requirements.
